I love coming to this dental office. They are always friendly. Never had a bad experience and Dr. Ali is always teaching me new things every visit about teeth. Super fun and welcoming environment that makes you feel just like family.

I really enjoy coming to see the staff here they make me feel comfortable. I have always been afraid of the dentists office but here they take out the time to explain everything. The Reception in the front is also patient and kind. She and the rest of the staff has made me comfortable for all my visits.

Trips to the dentist typically make me very anxious, but this experience was great. From the moment I set up the appointment to the moment I walked out. Everyone was so helpful. Dr. Ali put my mind at ease at every step of the procedure, he asked me how I was feeling; let me know what was going to next. I felt very comfortable. Colleen was also amazing. A wonderful experience.

Dr. Ali, Dr. Parekh, and Colleen did a great job working together on me. I saw positive google reviews for Durham dental as well as emergencies taken on their store front. I popped off a filling, needed to be seen ASAP and was. Turned out to find a root canal and crown work needed which they made a very positive, pain free experience. They all made sure to keep checking I was fine. Would highly recommend.

I had a consultation today for an upcoming procedure, and my first impressions of this office are very good. The staff were all exceedingly pleasant and personable; the overall atmosphere is casual yet professional. The examination areas look very clean and well kept, and while the overall office space is somewhat small, it doesn't feel cluttered. I felt secure with the steps they took to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as well. My temperature was taken during check-in, the waiting room chairs were appropriately spaced, and all clients and employees wore their masks correctly. Once I was in the examination area I did not come into contact with any other clients.

Everything about the visit felt very efficient, but not rushed. Prior to going in to the office for my consultation, I had a decent idea of what I was expecting to hear regarding my treatment plan; what I was told lined up reasonably with what I was anticipating, which also put me at ease. All of the employees I interacted with were great, and the environment feels very diverse and inclusive. It was very disarming to me personally to see that the staff are closer to my age group, I definitely prefer choosing providers for services whom I feel I can relate to.

Overall, I feel very glad I selected this office, and I do not feel overly nervous or anxious about my upcoming procedures based on my experience today. I highly recommend Durham Dental Group.
