  Oliver's Collar has great customer service. I never feel pushed, but I feel welcome to ask any and all questions I have about dogs or their products. They gave me free samples of dog food when my dog couldn't find a good match and talked me through the different options. Now that we have to stay at home, they described different deer antlers to me so that we could pick the one my dog would like best! While their selection isn't as big as a chain pet store (for example, mostly clothes for smaller dogs), they make up for it with their quality service and local touch. Thank you for being so helpful to us and our puppy!

  This is BY FAR the best dog (and cat!) store in the Triangle. I’ve been getting birthday cakes for my dogs there for years. The cakes are so perfectly decorated to my random specifications (this year it was Tony Soprano and Italian themed and they made a beautiful spaghetti and meatballs cake with edible meatballs!) they make me cry tears of joy. Everyone I’ve ever interacted with there has been a delight. They have snacks and food and toys - do yourself and your best friend a favor and go visit!

  Our Favorite! We always try to shop local if we can and Oliver's Collar is a great local pet store. The offer good quality products at a competitive price. They also make their own baked treats. Our dogs LOVE them. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

  My dog, Milo, turned three on 2/1, so my review is a little delayed - sorry about that! But WOW, amazing experience. This is the first time I’ve gotten him a dog cake for his birthday, and I will be going back to Oliver’s Collar for any pup birthday from here on it. The cake was decorated beautifully, and they even threw in a birthday cookie! I mean, the pictures speak for themselves. One thing I was worried about was whether or not the cake would upset his stomach, as he’s on a sensitive skin and stomach diet. But he didn’t get sick AT ALL. And he absolutely loved it! Super sweet staff, the store is incredible. Definitely worth a visit, and I can’t wait to order from them again.

  This is my go to shop for all my dog treats including bully sticks to pigs ears to donuts, and cupcakes for my pups! Just celebrated my two dogs birthdays and they each received a cupcake which they devoured the deliciousness!
