This is my first personal Euphonium and I absolutely love it. The instruments are taken care of wonderfully and sound even better than they look. Kevin was an amazing help to me as I looked for my instrument. He even went to the back and opened up a brand new box that had the Euphonium I purchased and to any of my fellow low brass people who are as crazy about band as I am and need an instrument I highly recommend you to go and see the stunning low brass instruments at Tuba Exchange. They don't sanitize their grocery carts or baskets between customers. They only require you to wear a mask as you shop. You would have to practice your own safety protocol while shopping. Barely any sanitation protocol between customer checkouts except for the marks of 6ft of distance.”

“I cannot recommend Zach, RiteRug, and the install team high enough. The entire process was quick and painless. The initial consultation with Zach was great. He brought the samples to us and within a week the carpet was ready for install. Zach kept us up to date with an accurate time-frame throughout the process. The installers showed up and were extremely efficient. Once installed, the workers walked us around to make sure everything looked good. They cleaned up well; vacuuming and picking up the carpet shedding. The carpet looks wonderful. Lush and full. It smells like a new house. I highly recommend Zach and his team. Looking forward to using them in the future.”

Micky spent a half hour helping me understand the damage to my car from a minor accident, what all my options were regarding insurance (I was woefully uninformed), and ultimately explained to me not only how I could fix the damage for less money than if I did it with him (i.e. buy some cosmetic parts online and install them myself), but even helped me learn how I could fix my own parts at home. If you want someone who will speak plainly with you and help you out without angling for the biggest possible payout, I cannot recommend this place more highly. And next time I need any body work done, this is where I'll be coming!”
