“I was told that I would need new catalytic convertors on my Crown Vic-- and was quoted $2,000 at a traditional shop. They recommended me to Ace Muffler and they did it for under $1,000. I dropped my car off 30 minutes before closing on Monday and they had it ready for me before noon the next day. Wow! I rarely leave reviews but I highly recommend Ace Muffler. They were extremely nice, quick, and knowledgeable. Definitely made an unexpected expense a more pleasant experience.”

Bill carefully reviewed a folder full of service records, and took the time to explain that the work previously done on the car was in line with factory recommendations. He discussed tire replacement options, and noted that the car was in need of an alignment. He recommended the shop next door for this service, and I have been pleased with the work they have done. He also explained the life cycle of a transmission unit (very helpful to a car maintenance novice like me) as it pertained to my car, giving me an idea of work that may need to be done in the future. “I am absolutely blown away. The end result was amazing, the customer service throughout the whole process was fantastic, and the waiting area is great. I am so glad I found this place. I really needed the interior of my car cleaned because I have tan seats and they needed some TLC. I found this place via Google and so I went in person to see what it would be like and ask questions. They were fantastic, looked at my car, gave me a quote, and scheduled me for a detailing for the following week. Everyone was sooo nice! I got a confirmation/ reminder text the day before and went in for my appointment this morning. The gentleman who gave me a quote and scheduled me remembered my name which really impressed me. They checked me in so quick and when I came back to pick it up later they took care of me very quickly. They let me see the car before I paid for the detailing which shows they really stand by their work. The quote matched what I paid at the end. This entire experience could not have been better, I am so glad I got my car detailed here and will absolutely be coming here every time I need a clean car. I highly recommend. P.s. I called Hamilton's and advised that the transmission went out on my 2015 Honda. The shop gave me a price within 10 minutes of me calling and arranged towing for my vehicle. Hamilton installed a new Honda transmission with a fully backed Honda warranty! When I picked up my vehicle the price ended up being $300 less than I was originally quoted. “A&H was professional and great to work with every step of the way! We had a hail storm come through. The owners came by our house, inspected all 3 of our cars, and found that the newest had significant hail damage. They helped me place a claim, took my vehicle to their shop, and returned it a few days later. Not only was the body like new, but they also cleaned the inside of the car! I found A&H to be honest, easy-to-work-with, and very professional. I would highly recommend them if you have hail damage or other need for their services.”

It seems my car needed a glass which is manufactured in Canada with a different design . Not sure if I had given the vin they could have figure out earlier . I just had to spend few extra bucks in Starbucks coffee waiting for the replacement part to arrive for 30 mins or so , I guess they could send me a Starbucks gift card … ha ha ha .”
