“I absolutely and highly recommend PTAC. They staff is always friendly and Chuck goes above and beyond in making me feel like home when I am there. They even take care of my daughter who's in college, when she needs it. I feel I can always trust them and never had to worry about being taken advantage of. The prices are definitely cheaper in comparison to the place I used prior to them (down the street) and they let you know what other things you may need, but not pushing it on you or scaring you into feeling pressured to have the work done.
