“I been here 2 years and didn't hesitate to renew my lease. Matt is the best, he is friendly, professional and gets things done. Every time I put in a work order he and the maintenance team are on top of it. Matt even takes the time to call or email me with a status and that I like. The property is quiet and neighbors are nice. I have to say the negative response about the maintenance team and response time was due to staff shortage but they did their best to get the work done. Now they are staffed better and the management office and them make a great team. I have no complaints about any of them, keep up the good work.”
