“Let's start with the bad. I have had a couple bad experiences here, but they were on nights that the staff were overwhelmed. For example, on the 4th of July only part of my order was made. In their defense, the employees working that night were slammed since all the other local options were closed. Customer service refunded my missing items, so overall it was just a bit of an inconvenience. Most nights I get great service and delicious food here. Tonight (1/26/2022) the cashier even asked if I needed a straw and brought it to me as I was about to walk out the door. I really think you will have a very tough time finding a better Sheetz or late night snack provider in this area.”

Great taste in their chicken dishes and beef (tacos) Yeah, I'm saying it, done restaurants over season their ground beef and some places under-season and burn their ground beef. (or prep it on a burned griddle???) Either way, the basic menu items are prepared, with GREATNESS, here. I'm making my way around the menu as I'm in the area to eat. But so far, all my meals have been prepared and cooked with good-caring-love. I love this place. Veggies and side items seem to be fresh, also.”

“I had a good experience here. I ordered online and my food was ready when I arrived. My only suggestion is that this location make a pickup station for online orders. When you order on the app or on their website, they give instructions saying there will be a station near the door where you can just grab your order and leave. But when I entered the restaurant and looked around I didn’t see any station set up or signs pointing to where you should go. So I went up to the counter and the gentleman who greeted me started putting on gloves as if to take my order. When I told him I had a pick up order, he went over to a cutting board where a few orders were sitting and got it. I didn’t have an issue with this, I was just a bit confused. Overall it was a high quality sandwich like always and I’ll be back for sure. Highly recommend location!!!”

“My first visit to the Boot Room has left me looking forward to my next. The food and service was excellent. The entire facility, even the restrooms were impeccably cleaned. The staff was quick to clear finished plates and glasses, never allowing the guests to be crowded by empties. The live band was entertaining and pleasant and did not play so loud as to drown out conversations. I did not get to try the outdoor seating, but there is a plenty and from what I could see, the guests seated outside enjoyed the same levels of service. The bottle shop has a large variety of brews from around the world for you to carry home. The tap menu is well rounded and should accommodate just about any palate. Highly recommended!”

The real draw is their peerless specialty pizza menu. The online menu has thirty distinct, creative pies to try. The hand printed menu is a novel about delicious food. Not to mention the authentic Italian entrees, wings, subs and wraps. All told, you could eat a different pie or entree every week for approximately a year without repeating a meal. Listen, I'm a picky pizza eater in my older age. I've tried a lot of pies all around North Carolina. Amante's is one of the best after only one tasting. The pizza features crisp vegetables hand cut from fresh produce, light on the fatty mess like butter and oil, heavy on the toppings - good clean pizza that feels like you ate a regular meal tomorrow morning.”
