“This place is pretty awesome. They have a great variety of teas and other drinks with a focus on boba. They do use a number of powdered flavors, but that's just something to be aware of and not really a negative factor overall. Their drinks are typically made with coconut milk rather than cow's milk, which I like as well. I've seen some pretty crazy combinations of flavors get put together by my friends and the folks who run this place are always more than happy to oblige. They also have snacks and food like egg waffles or fried chicken bites. It's definitely worth checking out if you're ever in the area.”

They have nearly everything you need on a day-to-day general construction basis, at good pricing and good quality, and a huge diversity of materials available for order. Special order items are shipped as fast or faster than other places. Sales consultants are knowledgable, efficient, and personable - props to Kyle Eubanks for all his handling of my account. If, on the rare occasion, there's an issue with an order, they're quick to get it resolved - thanks to Justin Cox as well for his efforts there. The two Kevins and others up front are also quite alright. The loaders out in the yard are always on point, friendly, and helpful. They keep the yard quite clean and well organized. Really everyone there treats me like I'm a million dollar a month customer despite just being a small-time business. “I lived at Park Ridge for 1 year in a 1 bedroom (the larger floor plan) and it was lovely. From the initial contacts, tour, lease signing, all the way to the time I moved out, I felt so taken care of! The staff at the office and maintenance staff are incredibly warm and nice (especially Kelly!) and they always responded to my emails and requested quickly, usually in the same day. They were great with my dog who loved the maintenance and office staff. The grounds were well taken care of and my apartment was very clean upon move in. It is a relaxing, clean, and wort place and very pet friendly. I loved having close access to a number of trails, I-40, Southpoint, etc. while still living surrounded by so much nature. I would definitely rent from them again in the future if I return to apartment living!”

“I saw Dr. Finkel for about five years, ending in Nov.. 2017. We moved and have been trying to get help for 1 1/2 years now, but what a mess. Anyone that is located near Dr. Finkel and able to be seen by him should count their blessings. Like any doc he can be rushed at times or even a bit gruff, but what a doctor! I was an 18D for most of my career in the Army, so I understand the medical field a bit.”

“I been here 2 years and didn't hesitate to renew my lease. Matt is the best, he is friendly, professional and gets things done. Every time I put in a work order he and the maintenance team are on top of it. Matt even takes the time to call or email me with a status and that I like. The property is quiet and neighbors are nice. I have to say the negative response about the maintenance team and response time was due to staff shortage but they did their best to get the work done. Now they are staffed better and the management office and them make a great team. I have no complaints about any of them, keep up the good work.”
