Rebecca has been available for many phone conversations during these days of COVID concerns. She and the Staff (Staff: during a virtual tour) answered my questions and welcomed conversation about the facility. I was able to speak with one of the nurses, the Med-Tech and even one of the residents who wanted to take part. Rebecca recognizes that every facility is not a good fit for a loved one and considers it her job to help a family member find the right fit, even if not at Carolina Reserve. I am impressed with Carolina Reserve and my husband is currently on the wait list for placement.”

“Life-changing! Mom's journey at Brookdale Chapel Hill Memory Care has been a dream come true. She is the happiest I have seen her in a long time. EVERY staff member has gone out of their way to make Mom and me part of the Brookdale family. Carrie, the Interim Director and Sales Manager, along with her team Deb, Brian, Joanne, and Finley, create a calm, soothing and respectful environment that makes Mom feel welcome and valued. Mom raves about the activities and she loves her RA, Donna, who takes care of daily needs. And Brookdale Chapel Hill Memory Care is beautiful! There are even three outdoor courtyards where residents can take a stroll. The COVID protocols for resident and staff safety are solidly in place and thoughtful. We have tried several other memory care facilities and no one comes even close to the care and love Mom has gotten at Brookdale Chapel Hill. (PS I also highly recommend the Doctors Making House Calls option for medical care and Right at Home for Companion Care. Both companies have provided stellar service.)”

Everyone who assisted me and worked with me were top notch. I am very pleased and happy with the work.
