James bent over backwards to help us. If you are looking a good quality lawnmower, the Simplicity is awesome. Our old Simplicity was 18 years old and gave us great service. The lawn stripping was the thing that we had to have on a new one and Simplicity's floating deck is the only brand that offers this.
