  This was our first camper buying experience. We looked at 2 other locations and saw campers that we liked but I wanted the limited lifetime warranty from Bill Plemmons if possible. The camper we found there was perfect for our needs. From walking through the door to getting the tour on our camper, it was like being with family members who you actually get along with. Advice was freely given on every aspect of hooking up, towing, maintenance intervals, etc. When it is time to upgrade, I will go back there first. Ask for Dustin!

  Very good experience. Did most of the deal via email. Ken Kaplan did a wonderful job communicating with us. Transaction went smooth. Orientation was top notch. Have not tried the service department yet and hope it's the same, rather painless, experience. Highly recommend.

  From the beginning of our search for a travel trailer, Eddie was fantastic. He was patient, informed, low-keyed and presented as a professional without any of the high pressure sales talk or gimmicks so many salespeople use. Thank you for allowing us both emotional and physical (Covid) space In which to make our decision. Barry was quite helpful in directing me to the products necessary to make my camping experience enjoyable as well as taking the time to answer my many questions. And, Darius was a hoot and experienced at installing my Blue Ox. Though 90 miles from my home, I would not hesitate returning to purchase another travel trailer or recommend this group!

  My husband and I can not say enough positive comments about the entire buying experience with Bill Plemmons staff... Eddie, Barry, and Darius were amazing in their willingness to answer all our questions and made our experience safe and we left there with the confidence to go out and CAMP which we did the following week.... Thank you all for your wonderful service... and that doesn't include the fact that we get life time warranty on our "Little Eagle"

  We just purchased our first factory new RV from Bill Plemmons RV, Raleigh. All the YouTube videos and research we did told us to expect a lot of problems on delivery; that we would need a couple of days living in it and stressing every system to develop a punch-list of what would need fixing prior to accepting final delivery. Well try as hard as we could, there was just nothing wrong with our Grand Design Transcend XPLOR 221RB. To top it off, Spencer and his dad worked with us on providing the most competitive pricing and made sure we had everything we needed for a great camping experience right off the lot. The only reason they lost a star is due to the service department installing the weight distribution hitch 5 inches too high (they installed while on a slope and did not check the measurements on level ground). And the installer was so frustrated that he forgot to top off the propane tanks as promised (I didn't check and only noticed once we were at the campsite). Once I identified the problem they gladly fixed it the next day, but it almost caused us to have an accident on our first drive. My best advise is make sure you know enough about these installs to check them yourself! The only reason to have the dealership do it is that they have the 300lb torque wrench that is needed!
  
  Update: One month later we have our first warrantee item. One of the inside speakers has a blown tweeter. Just replacing it myself though as I want to upgrade the speakers anyhow. With the money we saved from buying from Bill Plemmons, we have upgraded to MaxxAir fans, moved from a 17" to a 21" oven, installed a Micro-Air Softstart allowing for the new 2000w generator to run the AC, replaced the bathroom sink faucet with a high arc and showerhead with a Oxygenics, ditched the 6 inch extra firm mattress for a 8 inch Zinus plush, swapped out the table posts for the folding type, and installed a peel and stick tile backsplash. All these upgrades now have us trimmed out like a Reflection series, but we still paid less then what other dealerships wanted for this model.
