How anyone could say anything different it’s just a liar as far as a hernia it can happen to any animal and the breeder is not responsible for that as far as not answering your phone calls are not getting back with you she said a very sick husband be respectful of other peoples positions.And I don’t know if you have checked into the prices doubts but these animals run anywhere from 2000 and up so Debbie’s prices are low..The only name that she has for her website is vogue in North Carolina shih tzu And that was just for website purposes so think before you speak .. The one website shut down on her at no fault of her own so she opened I need one they would not let her use the old name so again think before you speak..
