After having severe neck pain and the inability to turn my head to the side, I decided desperately to try Dry Needling at Complete Motion Therapy. I use the word "desperate" because I am very uneasy around any needles - but I was so uncomfortable that I was willing to try anything. Bethany was more than willing to hear my concerns and answer all of my questions to ensure that I felt comfortable with what was about to take place. In addition, Bethany took time to explain the root cause of my stiffness and pain, the affected muscles, and how the procedure would help to alleviate my discomfort. I felt like a truly educated consumer and felt confident in my decision to proceed. Immediately after treatment, I could tell a significant difference and was excited about how well the procedure worked! She gave me additional suggestions to continue over the next few days to help my stiff neck including some physical therapy pointers and massage therapy recommendations. I would definitely recommend Bethany's services to anyone - especially someone who is looking for answers, understanding, knowledge, and empathy.
