I know this sounds cliche but the office always felt kind of warm and welcoming to me. The staff always treated me with kindness and respect. They were good listeners who seemed very devoted to helping their patients. The one thing I didn't like was that the office is tucked away in the back of a business complex which made it tricky to find even with maps.
