  I am giving these 5 stars directly to Greg, one of the building services team members and also to the cleaning team at Oella Mill. I recently needed drywall repairs done to a large portion of my bathroom ceiling. I happened to be working from home the morning of the repairs, and on numerous zoom meetings. -Greg was so professional and friendly! He tarped off the entire bathroom area to minimize the dust and was so quiet I forgot he was even there working! After the work was completed my apartment was cleaned and there wasn't a trace of drywall dust to be found! -If you have ever had any drywall work done, you know just how difficult it is to get cleaned up!

  I absolutely loved living here. There is a trailhead nearby for beautiful riverside hikes. The old factory history mixed with the modern up to date facilities make the style unmatchable. The staff are absolutely incredible. They know your name, they always respond quickly, they're incredibly accommodating for anything that comes up and they're even fun to interact with. I can wholeheartedly say this is the best place I have ever lived.

  Best apartment we ever had. Beautiful place and great staff who go above and beyond. Would have stayed if not relocating for work.

  Oella Mill has been my home sweet home for over five years ❤️ The views and standards are amazing! The staff makes me feel like family ❤️. They go above and beyond to make sure that we are safe and feel welcome. I am so glad I moved here as it has improved my quality of life! Thank you!

  Great place to live. Nestled away in an awesome historic neighborhood. Good places, to run, walk, hike, etc with trails that follow along the river. Cool apartment building that was converted over from an old historic cotton mill. No 2 apartments are alike which is very impressive. The management team, Lydia Patrick, goes above and beyond to help you out. She is very genuine and actually enjoys the job. She will go full on pro sprinter and chase Amazon trucks on foot if they hit your car. No lie. She caught it too and made that guy take the walk of shame back down the street. She also makes everyone here feel like neighbors and friends rather than "tenants" who just owe money. It's kinda like Cheers where everybody knows your name. No one here feels like they need to fall down the stairs. "Your rent's due mother f*****!!!"
