American Wood Reface replaced my kitchen cabinet doors and painted the trim to match. They did a great job and I loved the results, BUT I have called and called for a repair and I never could get a call back. One cabinet needed some work. When I was being sold this service, I was told the the customer service was excellent. But it is poor. During the third call, the person on the phone said that "it happened all the time." If that is true, why can't they come and fix that one thing?
Since this review, I have been contacted by the salesperson who I initially talked to and he apologized for the lack of customer service. He also sent me a note in the mail apologizing and included a gift card. He also gave me his cell phone number so that I could contact him directly. This is the type of customer service I thought I would get initially. I respect that he is reaching out and he also promised that customer service would be improved. I am very happy with the product so I would go with this company and I recommend it. This was during the time of COVID so perhaps this had something to do with it. Anyway, you will be happy with the product. Just the reface makes my kitchen looks like it doubled in size.
I was totally BLOWN away at the transformation of my kitchen. I was not expecting the results that I received. It far exceeded my expectations. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. The installers (Carlos and Rob) were awesome to work with. I would HIGHLY recommended them to reface your kitchen cabinets!!!!
