  Other than forgetting my Washer/Dryer my first few days moving, it has been pretty good! The complex is clean, the leasing office usually are responsive after a few emails. SmartCity was able to get me the apartment with less than a month notice of moving across country so I thank them too!

  I must say I have had a great experience with these apartments when it comes to Maintenance and getting the minor things fixed in my apartment. Since I have moved in any request I have submitted has been done in a decent time frame. Eldo always does a great job with getting the job done, and is respectful of my home whether I am away or in the home during my time frame for maintenance. He followed all rules that any maintenance team would have as of asking for my permission to enter my home, fixing the problem, and asking if there are any more problems I may seem to have to make sure I am satisfied with my living environment. Definitely would recommend these apartments!

  Wasn't sure about it from the outside, but once I came in I saw why it's rated so highly. Comfy, home living room like waiting room hardens back to the good old father and son owned shops. Neatly laid out, well organized used tire rack. Looked at my bank account before coming in and sighed, maybe I'll just get one. Price for two used tires on my Nissan Altima *INSTALLED* was under $100. Your mileage may vary, but I'm very very happy.
