James River Equipment

Stopped by for a few parts to fix an older John Deere mower. They helped me get all but one, which is a very obscure part. But the Parts Dept. did get me a list of every dealership in the US that carries it and the part number which I didn't have to begin with. I have purchased two mowers from here in the past and the second one is still going strong 10+ years. They are sales, service, parts, & support!

I had a great experience purchasing a zero turn mower today. I had lots of questions a few days in advance so I called and spoke with David who was eager to help. He promptly responded to over a dozen follow-up texts answering more of my questions. Everything was setup and ready when I arrived this morning. David was there to show the mower and was a pleasure to speak with. The whole experience was professional and friendly, and I never felt pressured or hassled. I would not hesitate to recommend James River in Pfafftown for their customer-focused approach.
