My alternator died on me while I was in Raleigh to take my gecko to the vet- the first store I went to didn't have a new one in stock, but were able to call over to this store and verify that they did! So I headed over here and bought my alternator, and they charged my battery for me while I changed it in the parking lot. I genuinely can't say enough nice things about the staff- they were so helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and very kind, and I really appreciated the tools they loaned me as well. It made my job so much easier. After the store closed, I was still finishing up, and an employee hung around until I got my car started to make sure I'd be able to leave safely.

It's rare to find both stellar customer service and mechanical competency in the same place, but this Advance Auto definitely has both! They truly went above and beyond, and I will confidently recommend this store to anyone and everyone. If I could give y'all 10 stars, I would.

I went to get a new battery change over there on 02/17 at night and a young man that I never got the name from was able to help me out figuring what was wrong with my car. He was very sweet and knowledgeable. He even helped me start my car up with a boost. So thankful I messed up my directions and came here instead. I would of been stranded! Will definitely come back! Thank you kind stranger!

I have been to this store a few times and I have to say KYLE is excellent!! I don’t know this guy personally so this isn’t me giving a friend a review. I stopped there after going to auto zone across the street. In which I had no help. I got a battery, wipers, spark plugs and tail lights. He ASKED me if he could install the battery and wipers. He never tried to pressured me to buy anything and spent time finding stuff for me. He made my experience worth coming back rather than going to auto zone. I told Kyle I was gonna leave this review even though he didn’t expect it. This is the kinda people that need to be talked about an promoted. Thanks Kyle!
