(September 25, 2019, 4:16 pm)After discovering Master Techs, I haven't even considered taking my s60 elsewhere. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide quality service for reasonable compensation. On my latest service, they discovered an issue because they do a thorough inspection rather than rushing a vehicle in and out of their shop. Upon bringing the problem to my attention, I didn't hesitate to give them authorization to perform the repair. Afterward, I discovered their proactive approach probably saved me hundreds of dollars down the road. I trust these guys implicity. If you own a Volvo, I encourage you to give them your business. The only thing you'll be sorry about is not having utilized their service sooner.

(August 12, 2019, 9:29 am)If you drive a Volvo in North Carolina's Piedmont Triad area, this is the only place to go for service. These guys are deeply experienced. They've seen everything. They know how to maintain and fix everything. They've devised special fixes for known Volvo issues, and they will save you money. They use quality parts. Plus they're courteous and a pleasure to deal with. Don't bother with anyone else. Just go here and you'll be happy. My '96 850 with 350,000 miles is running strong as ever because of maintenance by Master Techs.
