(February 13, 2020, 9:54 pm)I would like to give a shout out to Todd for a great towing service. I ended up towing my car Saturday morning because my car engine sounded weird. Todd shortly figured out that someone stole my catalytic converter right away. He patiently waited for me to call the police. I was supposed to tow my car to Jiffy Lube, but he confirmed to see if they weld to fix my problem. He recommended the welding company that can fix my car promptly, and saved me time & unnecessary trip. He seemed like a diligent man and very professional. I had a great experience with this company!

(December 29, 2019, 11:16 am)This was the best towing experience we have had! As anyone who be upset during a car issue, this company helped the situation be not nearly as bad. They got out to us in a reasonable amount of time, especially since we were in the middle of Tanglewood festival of Lights! We were parked in a parking lot out of they way but they still got there and hooked up quickly. They even went and swapped out the wrecker they were driving so they could accommodate 3 passengers! The man and lady who we spoke to on the phone were helpful/understanding! The driver was friendly, professional and got things handled quickly! We would recommend this tow company anytime and we are thankful that our warranty company chose this company! Thanks Parkway!
