(February 25, 2019, 1:07 pm)Wanda turner. I have my therapy there and I love it. Kegel Exercises Is a big no no since it can tighten up and cause more problems to your pelvic area and bladder. I do stretches and breathing exercises to help relax my pelvic area and bladder. My therapist has helped me so much in the last 2 months!

After going to 4 different doctor he was able to figure out my problem within the first visit and went from there with a plan to help get my problem resolve. He doesn't make you feel like you 2 foot tall, he talks to you like he's know you for years and takes the time to get to know you as a patient and explains everything in detail to you. I would highly recommend Dr. Schortz to anybody!
