Bethany Medical & Pain Clinic

I feel very blessed to have found this clinic. My first visit was to the Mt. Airy location which I found to be very rude and uncaring the office staff and the Dr there were extremely hateful, if they didn't want to see me they could have said so before I traveled as far as I did. I posed a review about that visit and was contacted by the sweetest lady, Helen Morris. She made an appointment for me in Winston Salem. I travel two hours one way to go there and I have been to both locations. I would travel four hours to receive the kind of treatment I have been given by both the staff and my Dr Cody Merrick. I feel that they truly care about you as a person and they do not look at you like every other place I have been to. Most all of them treat you as a drug addict. These people know that you truly have a need for medication to have some kind of quality to your life. Jennifer in the front office has been so helpful anytime I have a problem. Very patient and understanding no matter what. I have never been treated with such kindness anywhere I've been. They are all like family and make you feel cared for and appreciated. I love them all.

Monday, November 23 was the best decision I have made in years regarding my healthcare. Bethany Medical is the best thing to happen to the piedmont triad in years regarding healthcare. I saw Dr. Bates at the Kimel Forrest location, from check in to check out I have not been in a more caring, knowledgeable medical center since I was a child. This place is not like doctors offices of today, they take time with you, listen and explain in commonsense language exactly what to expect. Most all centers today, you're a number and run through like cattle. Not here- you are family from the moment you check in. We are sorely missing the compassion in many places that Bethany puts into every patient. I look forward to a long relationship with Bethany, Dr. Kincade and Dr. Bates. Thank you for welcoming me in and I love the fact that you care about my care.

If you are looking to go where they accept health insurance and you dont want the stigma of a clinic this is the place. Always very nice and in and out in a timely manner. If you want a second chance at life normal definitely check into there suboxone program. Life-changing

I recently had a visit here and had the kindest woman help me at check out. Her name was Kate Carden. She was so friendly, kind, helpful and had a wonderful personality! She made it feel like being in the Dr. Office was pleasant! I look forward to seeing her smiling face and and sweet spirit!

The entire staff at Bethany are always very pleasant. They treat you with compassion and respect. They are extremely thorough and you can tell they care about you. I would recommend them to family and friends. Daniel is my provider and he always treats you with compassion and respect. You can tell he really cares!!
