  Always friendly, professional, timely and clean office environment. Efficient intake, appointment scheduling & payment processes. Medical staff seem knowledgeable, concerned, and have great “bedside manners” as well as follow-through to keep patient informed of results or next-step actions from appointment.

  I could not get in with my normal primary (he has moved far from town, but, I keep him because he is so good) and the gateway practice is so close I called to see if they would see a sick walk in since the flu is so rampant. Not only was the staff so accomodating, and, even followed up to see how I was doing, Erica was absolutely capable and caring to see when feeling terrible. I recommend seeing this office for both well and sick visits, they are friendly, and, truly on top of customer service valuing the patients they see. If you are downtown, and want a family practice away from the hospital, but, still convenient, look no further than Novant at the gateway. Thank you for taking good care of me.

  Erica is a fantastic FNP. She genuinely cares about her patients and their health. Erica listens to understand instead of listening to respond.

  Erica definitely was THE FIRST provider at this location to create a “Remarkable Experience”. She was very attentive, patient and showed genuine concern to my needs. I appreciate this experience
