  I had a Dell XPS laptop with stripped M2x4 screws holding the battery. I am an IT professional and I could not get the screws loose, so Dell sent a technician who also could not do it. I took the laptop to local battery business, and they were not comfortable getting the screws out, and they recommended I try Intrex.
  
  I called, and Cecil was super-helpful and courteous on the phone, and gave me several things to try. By that time, I was HOURS into the problem, and Cecil said I could drop by and they would take a quick look at the laptop to see if they could resolve the problem.
  
  Less than twenty minutes later, the screws were removed, and I could finish replacing the battery.
  
  This is my first experience with Intrex, and I will definitely use them again, and recommend them to others needing excellent computer hardware support.

  Customer service was excellent. Staff was very knowledgeable in their profession and my computer works better than when I first brought it.

  The store is kinda small but the people working here are very nice and were very helpful! As well there products are not expensive so I highly recommend coming here for computer parts.
