(January 7, 2020, 3:01 pm)I called Beau at Advance Auto Rescue on a Saturday morning with a strange request to help jump start a pile driver we use to install solar fields. I expected him to say that was not something he did, but instead he said "I am on my way." He arrived quickly and was able to jump the machine. He then Stayed onsite to assist my truck driver in loading the equipment. He also noticed it was running on fumes. After confirming with me that I approved the additional cost he followed the truck to a gas station to make sure it didn't need to be jump started again. I was extremely impressed with his service, professionalism and communication throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Advance Auto Rescue for anyone in need. -Chris RBI Solar Inc.

(December 9, 2019, 1:39 pm)Advanced Auto rescue was dispatched by my insurance roadside assistance to help with a flat tire. After removing my tire and seeing that the tire was misaligned on the wheel he spent ten minutes trying to reseat the tire so that I wouldn't have to replace it. He was so considerate and also fun to talk to while waiting to get back on the road. I will absolutely call on them in the future!

Additionally they called my daughter a half hour later to make sure she had found someplace to fix her tire. Really above and beyond the call concern for the customer.

(August 8, 2019, 11:01 pm)Today I locked my keys in my car. I called key risk, which is a company that handles my road side assistance service. They said that someone would be out there soon. I received a text that said my service tech would be there in 15 minutes, then a text for 10 minutes. The driver was there in no time at all. He unlocked my car, I got my keys and was so grateful! He was very kind and helpful. He gave me his business card, thanked me and went on. In the future I’ll call him and skip going through key risk. A very kind Christian man. He does towing, unlocks cars, brings a battery to you if yours dies, and also will bring gas to you if you happen to run out. Such a great service!
