(October 17, 2020, 1:18 pm)So far this is one of the most pleasant rental experiences I’ve had. I like the fact that all of my neighbors are families with small children. The community is pretty peaceful. The leasing office staff is always friendly and helpful. It’s conveniently located to Forsyth Academy and North Forsyth High School, my children’s daycare, grocery stores, entertainment, etc. My unit is lovely. I have no complaints so far.
The waitlist is pretty long for these units.
