Fantastic group. Very knowledgeable, willing to work with injuries, pregnancy, etc. Also offers massage, structural tissue work and lymphatic. Have used them for years, through multiple pregnancies.

Your Pilates Place has been a blessing for me and I've been telling everyone about it. After trying everything for low back pain (from an accident and sitting at a desk) & knee pain (from pushing it at the gym) nothing was helping and I dreaded going to the gym only to hurt more. Veronica and Laura have helped me tone, restructure, and use my body the right way. Where I used to have pain everyday it's now extremely rare. Best of all, the staff is fun and light hearted so it's something you look forward to. They also offer a range of services from full-body steam, massage, restructuring, lymphatics (1 of 2 in NC that offer this), pilates, gyrotonics and much more. Definitely go to the owner Laura if you're having issues before you revert to surgery or extreme measures. Their knowledge & passion is contagious. :)
