I don’t live here, so I can’t speak to that experience. But the last time I visited, I noticed that the hallways have a lot of nice art that reminds me of Copper Elements. I guess the owner’s wife did all of the art decorations.
This is home. After somehow surviving through 2020 my husband and I were apartment hunting, when we pulled up here we were hopeful but not expecting there to be a spot for us.
We rent a 1 bed 1.5 bathroom on the second story. It is my favorite place we have ever lived! The layout is wonderful, we have 4 closets, a balcony, and top notch kitchen. We have an ice maker, garbage disposal, dishwasher and granite counter tops! The place was spotless when we moved in, I have severe pet allergies and I was fine even with the carpets in the bedroom.
The staff was extremely helpful and honest when we were moving in. Having allergies means renting is always a gamble, there are no laws to provide protection against a landlord lying about if the previous tenant had pets or not. But the staff at the Lofts went above and beyond checking for us before we signed the lease.
The amenities are unreal, I am daily stunned that we live in such a high end place. There’s elevators throughout the building, and it feels secure with the amount of cameras/surveillance they have in the parking lot and the way all the doors need a key to grant access.
The one downside can be parking. It isn’t usually a problem but it does seem that every time you get a huge load of groceries is the day you can’t find parking near your door. Usually I’ll put on my hazards, unload, and then park. If you have disabilities or have decreased mobility this may be a big problem though. There are some handicap spots but they are always full. I would ask at the office about possible accommodations. But otherwise the building is very accessible!
I love our home and will always cherish the years we spent here.
