Crowne Park

I lived here for 2 years and I loved it! It was a great experience for my first apartment, I lived in a two bedroom on the first floor. I only ever saw two roaches in the two years that I lived there. It was a great deal for the price, staff was fantastic. If it weren't for the fact that I had to move to Durham for work, I would still be living here.

I lived at Crowne Park for about three years. The apartments are very nice. Management and the maintenance team respond quickly and professionally to any questions. The amenities are great and well-kept. I would definitely recommend Crowne Park to anyone looking for an apartment in the Winston-Salem area!

I enjoyed every minute of my time at Crowne Park! I loved sitting by the pool on those hot summer days and my pup always had a blast playing at the dog park. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a convenient location in Winston Salem!

My family stayed here for six months and had a positive experience. The staff members are kind, helpful and promptly responded to each concern we needed addressed. We enjoyed the convenience of having shopping nearby, a playground, and access to wooded trails. I felt safe & comfortable living here.
