This was my first time going through Modern Toyota’s service experience. Anton Bronson was very polite and made me feel very comfortable with my transaction. As I went through my process, only took about 30 minutes for my state inspection to be done. Ginger Newberry does a fantastic job welcoming not only myself but the other guests waiting in the showroom lounge area. She is always kind and courteous. Very smooth process all the way around. Restrooms are clean, seating area is comfortable, and dealership provides beverages and entertainment while you wait. WiFi always helps as well. Great job everyone! Keep up the good work! I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Modern Toyota was wonderful to work with in purchasing my new 4Runner. I worked with Rick the sales manager via text to get numbers before ever going to the dealership. He ran numbers on different vehicles until we found the right one and he gave me a wonderful deal. I worked with salesman Milen when I came in and he had my vehicle cleaned up, filled up with gas, and ready to go. He was very nice and explained how to use all the features on my new vehicle. Amanda in finance was wonderful to work with as well. I was very pleased with the dealership and the customer service. I would definitely recommend them for anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Brought my car to do my service. Every since I got my car I’ve come to do my service here and they have always been so sweet and helpful. Easy to make appointment through phone. Waiting room is large and has different for everybody need.

Came back to do my oil change. Had an amazing like always so peaceful and quite so you can do work or just hang out. Hope everything I share helps someone get an idea of the place.

I love to get my car serviced here! The waiting room is huge and comfortable. You’re not crammed in together. There’s multiple TVs, Huge and comfortable chairs and of course air conditioning! You’re not crammed in together in the waiting room. There’s a kids room and an IT room. They have free coffee, water and Coca cola. You can make an appointment online without having to call and then when you are waiting for your car to be done, they give you text updates and a link to anything they see on your car that needs to be fixed. They actually take pictures of your filters or tires that you can review before the service technician comes to you. You can decide for yourself and not feel pressure to get something done. It’s the height of convenience and comfort. Everyone is really friendly and they never seem over booked or have huge wait times.
