(May 23, 2023, 3:10 pm)This place has been really good to us in the last 2 years weve been here. If you have a problem you can always talk to someone at the office and they talk to you like a friend. Most other apartments will treat you like a dollar sign. Theyve been super helpful here. The units are really spacious and modern.

They address all my Concerns. I moved in on the first of the month and had a few issues but Matthew and the entire team handle them in a timely fashion. I love my apartment..I fell in love with the community when I first saw it. I am new to NC, and this Community gave me the best experience -

(March 29, 2023, 4:58 pm)My experience here has been quite pleasant so far! The staff here is very kind as well as maintenance. Of course there are some issues as other reviewers state but some of those issues happen at many other apartments. You can’t exactly pick your neighbors. In my case, my concerns were addressed by a member of management and I look forward to the resolutions. The apartment itself is lovely and comfortable. I am very happy. Thank you to Josh and Khara for your help!
