From 7/27 up to 8/1 our A/C was not working. Indoor temp rose to 83 degrees! We tried to get the company that normally serviced our air and heat systems, but the owner was having medical issues and could no longer help us. We needed to find someone we could count on. Logan was recommended by a friend from church. "Will" from Logan showed up on time at 8am, 8/1/22. He had our air working by 9am. He installed a condensation pump for our A/C system. Our air works great! So impressed with them that we will have them do our Fall and Spring service from now on. Big thanks to Logan Heat and Air, Winston Salem, NC.

We have been using Logan for about 8 years. They have always done a good job. This time around I was especially pleased with the technicians-Jacob and Kelvin. They did not keep me waiting all day!!! They Arrived on time-And maybe even a few minutes early! Both were very professional, courteous and completed the service in a timely manner. Thank you, gentlemen!

Levi was very professional and came once for a service and once for maintenance. Hopefully the unit will continue to cool. Another gentleman came but I didn’t get his name. He came for an emergency repair and had it up and running in no time. Logan Heating & Air techs are very knowledgeable and provide a good service. My unit is only two years old but the pvc tubing wasn’t changed when the new system was installed. With the heat index and humidity it is nice to know Logan Heating & Air will respond quickly and offer 24 hour service. Thanks so much.

Kevin Engram was the technician who came to perform the semi-annual maintenance on our air conditioner. He is excellent, thorough, professional and personable. He also gives us professional recommendations which, throughout the past, has proven to be accurate. We have used Logan Heating & Air since the 1970's and they have never let us down. Excellent company; upfront, professional and honest in all respects. We highly recommend them.
