(December 10, 2016, 6:05 pm)Truly a Blessing at John Wesley AME Zion Church with Reverend Dr. Gloria Thomas and James M. Thomas. They Hosted the Winston Salem District Kwanzaa. Celebrating through wonderful songs, " Jesus, Oh What A Wonderful Child ". A spoken word titled "Honor Barack Obama", by Samuel Allen, a Theatrical Reading, " Twas The Night Before Christmas ", and the Seven Principals of Kwanzaa. Even St. Nicholas stop by to bring the children gifts. Truly a Blessing it was. Reminded we was to remember the reason for the season. Who's birthday is it? Jesus the wonderful child.
