Just yesterday purchased my first bike from Ketner Motors. It's a 2021 Harley iron 883. The bike is absolutely gorgeous. The price was fantastic. All the staff there were extremely nice and helpful. No hidden fees, no high pressure salesmen. Absolutely seamless buying experience. Highly recommend

Just picked up an 07 streetglide from these guys. I’ve never left a review on anything before but they deserve one. The actual buying experience was great nobody was pushy what so ever. The bike needed a voltage regulator that we were not aware of. The parts and labor was fully paid for with a check in the mail… honest mistake. I’d recommend these guys all day to anyone this is a 100% dealership and nothing less 👍

Pur chased a bike from Neal right after Thanksgiving. Both he and his staff weren't pushy at all, which was nice. He gave a great price and even had it delivered across the state! Highly recommend and would buy from him again, he is what doing business with someone should be.

As a new rider (received my endorsement October 22nd, 2017) the thought of purchasing my first motorcycle with little help and no mechanical knowledge of motorcycles was a little daunting to say the least.

Long story short… I looked at bikes at the Harley dealership where I took the Learn to Ride Class. I asked a lot of questions, sat on a lot of bikes, thought I wanted a Softail Slim, but came to the conclusion a Fatboy was the bike for me. I chose this bike for very specific reasons of safety, function and appearance. So I scoured dealerships all over the country and then found a 2012 Harley Davidson 103 Fatboy Lo at Neal Ketner Motors. And it was even my favorite color… Big Blue Pearl.

I called Neal Ketner Motors and spoke to Neal explaining my circumstances and also my trepidation about buying my first bike… sight unseen… in another state… as-is… with no warranty. So I proceed to ask him all of my questions, of which I had researched and prepared in advance. Neal answered each of them in great detail to my satisfaction, put my mind at ease and sent many pictures as well as a VIN check. He then offered to take the motorcycle to the local Harley Davidson dealership for a complete inspection. And… Neal offered to pay for the inspection and I was actually able to speak with the technician that performed said inspection. Everything came back fine just as described and he even gave the bike an oil change, new battery, two new tires and a good cleaning.

Candidly, I immediately trusted and liked Neal from the beginning. So we agree on a price and I drive from Orlando, FL to Winston Salem, NC and upon arrival I’m greeted with a smile, hello and a handshake. We spent a lot of time talking about the huge selection of nice bikes he had… I could tell he really enjoyed talking motorcycles and I enjoyed it as well. I then look over my bike with a fine toothcomb, he answers more questions and I take it for a quick ride. It had ape-hangers on at the time (I was going back to factory handlebars), but they weren’t as uncomfortable as I thought they would be. I pay him, he helps me secure the bike on the trailer and gave me a Neal Ketner Motors t-shirt! And as with any moment worth remembering, I ask for a picture with he and Pam to commemorate the occasion and they were happy to oblige.

I then make the long 11-hour drive back to Orlando getting home late, unload the bike and simply stared at it for a while thinking I can’t believe I own such a gorgeous bike and the entire transaction could not have gone better. Neal routinely ships bikes all over the U.S. without a hiccup, but it was well worth it making the drive to meet him in person.

Post-purchase update: Neal was kind enough to answer more questions and provide some needed part numbers to me. And I had the bike looked over by several people, one of which is a Harley-certified technician, who said the bike is everything Neal told me, all components worked just fine and it rode very well.

Thanks Neal and Pam for a perfect experience and great memory in purchasing my first bike. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend you to anyone and will be calling you when I’m ready to buy my next iron horse!
