(September 12, 2021, 8:37 am)I was bike riding something I've been doing for many years, also that park central park wasn't there when I grow up in WS. Their was a vocational interracial school right at the bottom of old Salem that's what I also remember about that location. The school was for the disable, handicap, whether physical or mental and yes I did graduate from their and went from their to marines from 73 to 79. So this park has great remembrances for myself. From the 50s 60s 70s. Its a jewel in WSNC. Peace to you all and have a wonderful bless day.

(September 20, 2020, 8:34 pm)Nice Greenway, decent tennis courts, and the low hum of drunk homeless guy yelling every 5 minutes before staggering off into historic old salem. Nature is truly inspiring
