Logan is always very timely and will follow through with what he commits to. Very knowledgable and extremely helpful, even if it’s asking for an opinion, including some ‘what if/if, then’ scenarios. Logan was able to beat my Independent Insurance rates and has remained affordable by continuing to beat the competition. I wouldn’t go back to my Independent guy even if somehow price became a concern! Logan was able to explain some scenarios and offer logical, expert advice about choosing one coverage over another, and walking through the ‘why’s.’ Rather than sell another option, Logan has been able to suggest picking up a certain coverage at some point down the road, and soundly explain the risk when contemplating starting now versus in the future.
