I have known Ms. Angelina Armstrong for several years in the capacity as her internship supervisor and then as a colleague, as I had no hesitation about recommending her as a full time therapist where I worked, and now as a friend and colleague who I consult about cases for her insight, knowledge and compassionate wisdom. Having many international experiences, Catia can personally connect with people from other countries and cultures and is also fluent in Romanian and Russian.

Chantal is an amazing therapist. I have been seeing her for over 5 years now and prior to seeing her I tried three other therapists that were not good fits for me. I am so glad I found her before I gave up on therapy. She is kind, warm, professional, non-judgmental, compassionate, and truly cares about her clients. She is very authentic and helps guide me through issues without it feeling too clinical. She gives suggestions and advice but does not force anything on you. She has taught me so much about myself while validating who I am and my feelings. I'd be lost without her and full heartily recommend her.
