They were able to get me exactly the model I wanted even though they are hard to find. And they got it for me with a minimal lead time. After I got the instrument, I called and asked if they could adjust the action to make it lower. They made an appointment for me and within a few minutes I was on my way with my newly adjusted instrument. I am very happy with the customer service I received there. “My mother has been at Vienna Village for over 4 months and they have surpassed every expectation. I looked after my mother for 2 years in my home until she needed 24 hour care then we looked at my places in Winston-Salem. My only regret is that I did not move her to Vienna Village sooner. I sit with my mother often and see the loving caring staff that takes care of her. They have many long time caretakers and it shows that they look at this as their passion not as their job.”
