“This is a long overdue (September 28, 2021) review regarding stellar customer service I received when purchasing a replacement receiver for my ceiling fan. From the pictures and descriptions, I could not determine if the product I viewed online was indeed the product that met the specifications of the receiver needed to repair a ceiling fan, so I opted to call, expecting to hear a recording. After the initial message, a representative (Eric?) was soon on the line. Within moments though, the call was dropped. I immediately called back on my home phone. While listening through the initial message again, a call came to my cell phone, which read the number as spam and silenced the call. I glanced at my phone and realized that it was Dan's Electronics attempting to reach me through the cell phone. At that point, the call made on the home phone made it through to the company. Eric was patient with me while I climbed a ladder to describe to him the number and color of wires in the receiver, still attached to the fan. In addition to Eric's confirmation of the correct receiver to repair my fan, I was mildly surprised that he called back after the dropped call. Thank you for a quality product and excellent customer service.”

“Dear Tractor supply, Tonight my wife and I arrived after Your “Union Cross” location had closed.. We were only about 10 minutes past closing but you were closed none the less... We were about to leave when we were called out to by a young man named Addison... Forgive me if I’ve spelled his name incorrectly... Addison told us he was already waiting on someone who had called to get dog food last minute and he was WAITING so that persons dog didn’t go hungry!!!! 🙏 he thought we were that person.. ❤️ We told him that we weren’t and told him we only needed a tractor deck belt and it was ok we could return another day.... Addison invited us in WARMLY and showed us directly to the location where we found the correct belt, in less than 10 minutes we were out and finished... In my humble opinion, ADDISON is EXACTLY what America needs more of.. His dedication to service of not only customers but his own obvious standards to life is AMAZING... TRACTOR SUPPLY, you’ve hit a GRAND SLAM in hiring this young man... I haven’t experienced this level of customer service EVER in my life...
