Good personal service, training and an on-sight gunsmith. The trigger job they did for me was outstanding if feels like the lightly polished everything in the gun. I have recommended them to a number of people. It is real local owned and managed business and I recommend them.

Best gunsmith I have ever met. Chuck is more than a gunsmith - he is a craftsman. His son is his understudy, immediately figured out a 71 year old shotgun I handed over. Mother minds the till. Nice people.
I came because of recommendations - I did not see the WRAL story.
I brought them three long guns.
A four foot Stevens Savage Model 124, a 1950 12 gauge which had gathered dust and rust for many years. My grandfather's gift to me, I wanted it to hang on the wall. Well, it was completely disassembled, then rebuilt, test fired, cleaned, and polished. I am more than impressed, I am grateful to have this piece back in my life. And throwing birdshot.
Then a new shotgun I wanted checked out. It was taken down and reassembled, test fired, cleaned. I now have an inexpensive shotgun I trust. Smooth and reliable for home defense.
Last, a used AR received the full treatment. Buffer replaced. Tuned for high perfomance. High high, high performance. It is a joy and it sings.
You will not find a true gunsmith anywhere I know, except here.
