  Tracey, the office manager, was extremely nice, knowledgeable, helpful, personable and patient in answering all of our questions! We are both super impressed with her level of customer service! The Storage One facility is conveniently located and is very safe, secure and clean! Their moving supplies are a very reasonable cost when comparing to Uhaul, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. We had called 5 other storage unit facilities and decided to go with Storage One not just because of their price for the 2 months we need the unit but also because of the high level of customer service that Terry and Ed gave us on the phone! We highly recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a storage unit!

  We have had our travel trailer stored here for over a year now. The managers are great to work with and super helpful whenever we have questions or need something. The facility is always super clean and protected. We would recommend this location for sure.

  Rented for about 6 months and have had nothing but great experiences with this location! Tracie is so awesome and kind & helped us get the perfect unit. It is easy to pay every month online and she would send us reminders through email. Would definitely recommend! If we ever need a storage unit again we will be coming back here!!!

  Late on a Saturday they worked hard to help me secure a car loan. They're real people. Not some huge, numb, mindless bank that just looks at numbers...they look at the person. I just signed up as a new member and look forward to doing business with them for many years to come. I prefer banking with people and not some computer! Thanks CFCU!

  Best damn credit union in the state people are great never turn u down for a loan always helpful return calls and service with a smile someone said they had a bad commercial that has nothing to do with how great they take care of you so keep your 321 star because they deserve nothing less than a 5 star

  The staff goes over and beyond to help in any way possible. They are helpful and treat everyone the same; whether your a new client or current banker with them. They also have fantastic opportunities for loans when you have direct deposit from your job.
