    I am the maintenance man at a senior apartment complex..I use Mr. Spearman for my heating and air needs..His company has given me great service and is always on time..I recommend them highly..

    Great company! Highly recommend for the Gastonia area and surrounding areas. Very professional and executed the service call quickly. Did not leave any trash behind and cleaned up as they went along with fixing the issue with my heat. The price was the best in the area and I have not had an issue since. Kim Spearman is a honest man for he gave me a straight answer and not one that seemed to be drug around a bush to fix the external issue and not the whole thing. I trust Spearman Heat and Cooling and will continue to have them service my unit due to their honesty, hard work and a very cost effective rate.

    My Family and I have used Spearman's on many occasions over the years, both residential and commercial. The service is always fast, friendly, and very reasonably priced. One company told me I needed a new unit, Mr. Spearman DROVE out of town to pick up the part I needed and replaced it (same day) to ensure I was up and running. If you're looking for an honest, family business, you have found your place.

    Kim has installed several units for me and my family. Competitive price and great service on all. It is nice to have someone you can depend on that arrives when he says he or his crew will be there. I can highly recommend him!

    Recently had a new gas pack unit installed. Wonderful people. Mr. Spearman. I appreciated the fact that they tried to fix what was wrong before suggesting a new unit. Prompt attention and he kept me informed during the entire process because I was at work during the time. Thank you again!
