John Gazlay is absolutely wonderful to work with. He made buying a house such a breeze. I’ve heard horror stories from friends and family about terrible agents, but John was great and professional. He was extremely transparent, helpful and reliable through the whole process. He’s an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. He never made me feel uncomfortable and was honest and forthright- no games. John explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker. You can tell he cares about his clients and stays updated with what’s going on in the market. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that’s working for you. He was always available to answer my questions, and I could tell he really cared and understood my needs. I highly recommend John Gazlay to anyone looking to do any real estate transaction and would definitely work with him again!
