Its a better location now that some people are gone. I had a few bad experience with them over my phone messing up (me not doing the damage, one time my phone asked for a code and never had a code, so i ended up loosing photos twice) also i have 2 lines and i ended up dropping insurance on both because the young lady didnt tell me how to go about insurance claims (when she should have on my 1st phone with them that was something metro or the phone did on its own!!)....i felt like and kinda still feel like if your not just making a payment they or some dont have a clue what to do and always have to call someone. Now i will say i just did a upgrade a month ago and i had no problems it was fast and easy. I did lose photos so once again to those who arent very good with phones just backing up your phone does not recover your photos metro does offer cloud coverage in most plans!!!!
We went to this store the other day to start my service and Donald helped us. He was awesome. So nice..explain ex everything in detail. So helpful. We even sat around and talked and laughed with him and my son. It was a great experience and we are using this store from now on. I had a bad experience in lincolnton and Mooresville so this store was a gem!! Thanks donald...you deserve a well earned raise!!!
Awesome customer service. Tracy and Jasmine stayed past closing on a Saturday night to take care of me. Jasmine also called me first thing this morning to let me know i had left my old phone there. So hat's off to Tracy and Jasmine in Dallas NC who went above and beyond to take care of a new customer. Thank you.
Very satisfied. The woman had knowledge on the different types of phones and really showed great customer service in what my husband and I needed/wanted.
Great employees. Very Knowledgeable and friendly. I've been to other Metro Stores closer to me and they are very rude. I'm always leaving with a smile on my face when i come this this location. They also make sure the customers are getting the best deal possible!
