(October 21, 2018, 10:25 am)Doing this 5 stars so people Can see this. This place is absolutely terrible. We moved out of stoneybrook 2928 APT A. There’s a black family up there that literally never shuts up. 8 am, loud music, and there’s a kid up there that constantly runs around. And when we first moved in it sounded like the dad literally abused that kid so bad. Also they have a crying baby, (she’s not the problem) the problem is the dad would yell at her to shut up when she would cry. Also I would hear loud thuds on the ceiling when she cried. They would walk so loudly. Like it seemed like that stomped around the place. Also they sell weed for a living and it would always smell like weed in the hallway. They also had like 4 cars, and I motorcycle. There’s a huge puddle out there and they would always park where we had to step in the puddle. Towards the last days I was packing up and made a lot of noise because I was getting stuff out. They had the AUDACITY TO REPORT US FOR NOISE. THEY LITERALLY MADE SO MUCH NOISE AND WE BARLEY COMPLAINED AND I WAS PACKING UP TO GET OUT OF THAT GHETTO. her excuse as to why her kid was always running around was because they couldn’t play outside because it was raining. It was sunny that day, and they were never outside when it was sunny. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. Don’t live in stoneybrook 2928 A. They don’t do anything for you. We’re not getting our deposit back and they’re trying to get us to pay for the carpet. Save yourself and don’t like here. I would rather live in a big infested house than this place again.

(July 14, 2017, 10:25 am)Nice quiet place to live. The apartments are a bit dated but the for price you can't beat it. Bugs were sometimes an issue but for the most part it was worth the stay. Maintenance and staff are courteous and prompt.

The grounds are well maintained, any repairs that we've needed done inside our apartment (nothing out of the realm of normal wear and tear) have been dealt with promptly, and any concerns or questions we've had have been handled courteously and professionally. I've never seen apartment floor plans this large to be within such a reasonable rent range, and decent area of town. I've always felt safe here, and to me, that's a pretty big deal!
