  Kimberly Carver and the staff here is 1st rate. Have purchased two vans there and also helped a friend buy one from Gastonia Nissan. Both models, (NV200 and NV2500 high roof ride smooth as silk just like a Cadillac. Plenty of room in the NV2500 as opposed to other vans that have the engine wedged into the passenger compartment.

  I had to get a new transmission due to a fault transmission. My service manager was great. Justin was very helpful. He went to bat for me because it was out of warranty.After a day he called me and told me all I would need to pay was 20 percent. I was elated!!! We went ahead and had other items that needed to be fixed .Justin was very upfront and very pleasant to work with. If you need to have your car serviced..... Call Justin. He is the best!!!!!

  Hey my names Trevor, and all I have to say is Excellent Customer service from Ms. Tracy. She helped me get my vehicle serviced, was very informative on things I didn't know on my car. Needless to say I had no worries whats so ever. Everyone else welcomed me an was awesome while I was there. I wanna thank the whole service team for that.

  Great customer service. I called and visit all Nissan dealers in my area and never got a straight answer like Gastonia Nissan did. They called me and followed up keeping me informed at all times. They know what having happy customers it's all about. I drove 3 hrs to do business with them. We are super Happy with Gastonia Nissan.
