(August 16, 2022, 2:24 pm)I have used Massey twice now and will call them first next time. I had Travis out to my house to fix my shower hot water faucet and a seperate time Taylor out to fix a leaky refrigerator supply line. Both men showed up on time, had great customer service, and were knowledgeable enough to get the job done in a timely manner even including a supply run. $99 service is included if any work is done. Prices are fair for the level of professionals they are and being licensed and insured and warranty the work. Availability / scheduling was also not a problem.
(July 2, 2022, 9:09 am)Tyler got a call on Friday evening and was at my house Saturday morning at 8:15 diagnosed, installed the part & job was completed by 9AM. I was overjoyed as he explained the process and why they water heater went out . I now can take a hot shower after being without hot water since Monday night. Thank you Massey Plumbing for coming out on 4th of July weekend.
