(September 5, 2017, 3:09 pm)I am recommending to all my family and friends they give Lencrafters, in Gastonia NC a try. My first trip to this store I had an unpleasant experience. The NEW MANAGER contacted me personally. He explained to me he was new to this store and there to help. He is definitely an "agent of change". He took time to hear my concerns. He went "over and above" necessary to make sure I was pleased with LensCrafters. Ask for Alan he's a great guy and manager for Lencrafters. If you've had a bad experience in past go by talk to Alan. This is a great place to buy glasses!
