(June 15, 2018, 7:32 pm)This is a great training service! Jeremy is awesome and knows his stuff. He can explain why you do certain exercises and specifically what muscle groups are targeted. He has a great personality and does his best to connect with you so that you don't feel so much like a client, but rather a friend. I couldn't recommend Bent Bar Strength any more highly!
